Event Director/Account Manager

We are looking for an amazing Event Director/Manager who relishes the task of organising multiple client events. This is a fast-paced role where you will need to use your exceptional project and account management skills to run programs with many moving parts. A super star at dealing with clients and fulfilling all their requests, this role is not only exciting but highly rewarding.  

A master of many skills but your main areas of responsibility include: 

• Responsible for the organisation and management of all aspects of client programs from start to finish
  
• Building strong client and supplier relationships  
• Developing and managing event budgets  
• Collaborating with and managing the event team  
• Travel for site inspections and event onsite   

 Ideal skill set: 

• A passion for events and ability to multi task  
  
• Previous event management experience or transferable skills from similar account management role (hotel experience would be highly regarded) 
• Understanding of the conference and events industry from a client, agency or venue aspect highly regarded  

Full time permanent position or contract position. Start date December 2021.

Leisure Travel Advisor

We are in search of a Leisure Travel Advisor who is looking for an incredible and rare opportunity to work within our fast-growing Virtuoso travel department. Our client base is modelled on quality not quantity, so you will need to love nurturing client relationships. 

Candidates must have exceptional attention to detail and organisational skills, you will be able to manage multiple clients in a fast-paced environment. Previous experience and travel skills are essential, and the successful candidate will need to have the right attitude to align with our company culture and values.

As an accredited travel advisor, the responsibilities will include:

• Creating bespoke travel itineraries for out high-end clients 
  
• Building strong client and supplier relationships  
• Liaising and providing excellent customer service to all clients in a timely manner  
• Ensuring every element of a booking is correct and of the highest standard 

 Ideal skill set: 

• Qualified travel agent or corporate consultant (Sabre/Tramada preferred) with fares and ticketing knowledge
• Confident team player with a can-do attitude and desire to always delivery outstanding service for our clients
• Excellent communication and customer service skills
