Accompanying partner share refers to sharing a room with a spouse. This could be a spouse who also works in the business (and who purchased a conference ticket), or a spouse registered as an accompanying partner (not conferencing).
To snag the best deals, we recommend booking flights as soon as possible.
Given the flight costs from Perth, we’ve secured some group flights as an option for you to select at the time of registration if you’d prefer.

Yes, you can extend your hotel booking. All accommodation extensions are at your own expense and subject to availability. When registering, you will have the opportunity to note any extension requirements and a team member from our events agency TRIBE will be in touch to arrange this for you. You are also welcome to make your own extension arrangements independently.
We encourage you to be comfortable for the conference; however, please see suggested dress codes for different elements of the event below:
- Day conference: Business casualA $200 (ex GST) non-refundable deposit per person will be taken by credit card at the time of registration. Your conference ticket balance, including any optional extras booked at registration, will then be deducted from your commission payments across nine months (June to February 2026).
As you can appreciate, an incredible amount of planning goes into organising our National Conference and having accurate numbers is imperative so we can confirm our bookings with vendors and avoid cancellation costs. As such:
Cancellations after 1 June will be charged the full cost of the ticket, including any optional extras booked.
Any flights and accommodation booked by You outside of the registration site (with TRIBE or independently) will be subject to the relevant supplier cancellation policies.
No, Hyatt Regency Sydney is conveniently located in the Sydney CBD, approximately 8km from the Sydney (Kingsford Smith) Airport via taxi, Uber, car or train.
Sydney begins to warm up in late August with mild conditions. Average temperatures range from 10º to 20º.
Please record any dietary requirements when prompted during the registration process. We can cater for any dietary requirements as long as we have this information before the conference.
